for Animals is an association registered in Germany with tax-deductible
status. Since 1996 animal friends have taken the task of giving many
animals, large and small, a home where they can live until their life
reaches its natural end, without fear of being slaughtered.

At the present time, more than 200 animals live on Johannishof. Every
animal that comes to the haven of peace has its own story that is often
linked with suffering and misery. More ...
Symbolically for all animals at the haven of peace, we have chosen some animals for which animal friends can assume a sponsorship.
